Returns
➢ No returns will be accepted after 30 days from date of invoice.
➢ In the event that the incorrect part has been ordered by yourself, we will gladly exchange
the part as long as goods are complete/unused/unsoiled and undamaged.
➢ Returns / Exchanges will be subject to a Quality inspection at the Tougher factory
before any exchange or credit will be considered.
➢ All returns to please be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
➢ All returns are subject to a 5% handling fee of the retail value of the item returned.
➢ The courier cost of returning goods will be for your account.
In the event that we, Tougher Africa have supplied the incorrect part, we will collect and replace the part
as soon as possible. Goods will be subject to a Quality inspection at the Tougher factory and should be
complete/unused/unsoiled and undamaged.
Warranty
➢ At TOUGHER we stand by a 3-year warranty. Our warranty is valid for 3 years from date of
invoice as we believe our product is of excellent workmanship and quality. Please note that
this warranty is limited to workmanship and faulty fabric only. For standard wear and tear
we have a free panel replacement policy limited to a maximum of two panels.
➢ Incorrect washing procedure is not covered by our warranty. See wash care label inside
any piece of the set.
